How do I claim a reward for an ad?
For non Pledge Rewards simply contact the person who placed the ad by the email address they provided on the ad.
How do I claim a Pledge Reward?
Just click on our Claim a Reward button on the bottom left of our home page at RewardPost.com and fill out the claim form.
What is the claim process?
You will be asked to provide specific information but general in nature. You will need to specify facts for the organization or organizations (Police Department, FBI, CIA, DEA, NSA, US Military, Foreign Military, Governor, State Representative, Mayor, DEA, Congress, Senate, Embassy, School Principle, President, etc.) you will be providing the information to, and the date, time, and method of delivery. Then you will be provided with a unique identifying number to place with the documents you send to these agencies (we do not accept any documents of confidential information so please send it to duly recognized agencies or organizations only). Be sure to ask the agency to document the identifying number we provided to you so if the terms of the reward distribution is deemed valid, we will have the reference number to prove that you did provide the information.
Because of the possibility of misuse and the cost associated with processing a claim we charge a fully refundable $100.00 fee for submitting a claim form. If you are the valid claimant for the reward you will receive a refund of the full amount on successful distribution of the entire reward.
Can I claim anonymously?
To make an anonymous claim click on our Claim a Reward button on the bottom left of our home page, at RewardPost.com, and fill out the claim form and print it out. You will be asked to provide specific information but general in nature. Then you will need an email address, for example, Hotmail.com, a contact number, pager number, fax machine number, or text message number so we can provide you with your unique identifying number. The unique identifying number will be needed to place with the documents you send to the agencies (we do not accept any documents of confidential information please send it to duly recognized agencies or organizations only). Please ask the agency to document the identifying number we provided to you so if the terms of the reward distribution is deemed valid, we will have the reference number to prove that you did provide the information. Then you will need to print out our Terms of Use and User Agreement to sign all pages.
Submit all forms with the anonymous claim fee of $200.00 with Cashier’s Check or Money Order (ONLY)
